Outdoor Industry Pledges Support for Public Lands  Bend, Ore.,(Mountain Press)-A group of four Conservation Alliance members traveled to Washington DCto talk to members of the US Senate about the importance of a proposal toprotect more than 2 million acres of public land and nearly 1000 miles ofrivers. Representatives from KEEN, Cloudveil, Outdoor IndustryAssociation, and The Conservation Alliance spent two days in meetings with 12 Senateoffices to show support for S. 3213, a legislative package that includes morethan 100 public lands bills. Olympic Bikers at East Coast Nationals  Windham, NY(Mountain Press)-U. S. Olympic Mountain Bike Team members Adam Craig and ToddWells will compete in the NMBS East Coast Nationals at Windham Mountainon July 10 - 13, 2008. Craig and Wells, named last week to the 2008 U. S.
